We assess the patient’s physical, emotional, and social requirements, ensuring a personalized care plan that enhances your quality of life

Acceptance
Your care plan is then carefully reviewed to determine program eligibility. We offer private pay solutions but also work under programs such as the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), Community Care Service Program (CCSP), Independent Care Waiver Program (ICWP), and Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment (SOURCE). Some of these programs allow us to provide care with zero cost out of pocket to those who qualify
